I am certified by the Rouxbe Culinary School as a Plant-Based Home Chef, the John McDougall Health and Medical Center to teach the Starch Solution for preventing and reversing common food-related disease, earned the title of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and most recently earned the Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from the T.
