Lemongrass Tofu

This recipe is one of my favorites. Its easy to make and never disappoints.
- 1 Block Extra-Firm Tofu frozen & thawed
- 2 tbsp Lemongrass Chili Oil mild
- 1 tbsp maple syrup dark
- ½ tbs Lemongrass paste optional
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ +/- cup liquid aminos
Cut tofu into desired shape & size (cubes)
Fry both sides in avocado oil until desired crispness
Remove from pan & cook onions, add avocado oil if needed
Mix ingredients above in small bowl while onions cook
Return tofu and onions into pan & add liquid mixture
Serve over rice
