Lemongrass Tofu

This recipe is one of my favorites. Its easy to make and never disappoints.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Block Extra-Firm Tofu frozen & thawed
  • 2 tbsp Lemongrass Chili Oil mild
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup dark
  • ½ tbs Lemongrass paste optional
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ +/- cup liquid aminos

Instructions
 

  • Cut tofu into desired shape & size (cubes)
  • Fry both sides in avocado oil until desired crispness
  • Remove from pan & cook onions, add avocado oil if needed
  • Mix ingredients above in small bowl while onions cook
  • Return tofu and onions into pan & add liquid mixture
  • Serve over rice
